3. IRS (Study Plan) Submission: January 4 – February 3, 2023 During this period, from January 4 to February 3, 2023, submit and update your study plan (IRS) for the Odd Semester. Ensure that your course selections align with your academic plan.
4. Transfer of Study: Deadline is January 14, 2023 If you plan to transfer to another study program, make sure to submit your request no later than January 14, 2023. Consult with the academic department for a smoother process.
5. Leave of Absence and Reactivation: Deadline is January 31, 2023 For those planning to apply for a leave of absence or reactivation, the deadline for submission is January 31, 2023. Make sure to meet the specified requirements.
