Diponegoro University held the Swearing-in Ceremony for Non-Civil Servant Employees of Undip, led directly by the Rector of Undip, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum., on Thursday (23/2) at the Prof. Soedarto, SH Building, Undip Tembalang campus. A total of 4 lecturers and 255 educational staff took the oath to become non-civil servant employees of Undip, equivalent to civil servants.
In his address, the Rector congratulated all Non-Civil Servant Employees of Undip and emphasized that the oath taken is a responsibility. Therefore, Undip employees must fulfill the trust given to them. Prof. Yos also stressed the importance of employees maintaining their attitude, actions, and words.
“We work in the same place; let’s strive for mutual prosperity. Cultivate a sense of ownership and always be grateful. Each of us is a representative of Undip. Uphold the good name of Undip, serve with the best possible quality, and share happiness with each other because happiness can be felt by seeing others happy,” he concluded.
